What is the area where you provide at home installation service?

Blainville, Ste-Thérèse, Rosemère, Bois-des-Filion, Boisbriand, Terrebonne, Saint-Eustache, Deux-Montagne, Laval, Montréal (along 40 highwway)

What is the necessary space needed for the mobile unit to do the installation?

You need to have a secure parking space to alloy mobile unit to do the work. Your vehicle need to be easily accessible in the parking space. No installation can be done in a busy location or difficult of access (boulevard, busy road, back street, one way road, etc.).

How is done the appointment booking?

We will share your coordinates to Instapneus team and they will communicate with you by email (or by phone on customer's request) within 24h delay to confirm your appointment date and location based on the availabilities in your area.

Where will the tires be delivered?

Your new tires will be shipped at Instapneus and their mobile unit will bring it for your appointment.

How is working the installation at work service?

The tires installation at enterprise will be done at your work location. An agreement with your company must be taken in prerequisite in order to have the permission to use its places. You can even take the opportunity to let us change the vehicle oil. If this service interests you and you would like us to come to your company, you could start by checking the interest of some colleagues and propose it to your human resources department. Otherwise, just ask us and we will contact them directly. Simply submit a request on instapneus.com

Do I need to pay for the installation?

If you choose to buy tires with the installation at home included (Installed option), the price of the installation will be included at checkout as well as the mobile service fees. The installation fees for the service at enterprise is not covered when you buy tires online on blackcircles.ca
