The service was fantastic, London was great to deal with.
I didn't know they were going to do an inspection and tell me all these things I should fix or repair on my vehicle. I work for Ford motor company and I will make an appointment to have them check all these recommendations.
Within 24hrs 1 tire was flat due to a leak at the valve stem. 7 days later another one was low due to a leak at the valve stem and when I removed that wheel I found that they did not remove the old weights before balancing. Also they had an excessive amount of weight stuck on in 2 locations in addition to the old weights and they were falling off due to being stuck on without cleaning the wheel. This is not just incompetence but a wanton disregard for workmanship. I am not willing to return to this installer for reasons that should be obvious so I will have to pay to have another shop rebalance my tires. It will be difficult to purchase tires from you in the future if the installer you offer aren’t willing to perform better work than this.

The installer service was okay for tire installation but I won't be returning to them due to issues with additional service that I had requested.
Was told would take 2 hrs..came back to pick up closer to 3 hrs still not ready.. Would not recommend the installer. Took my other vehicle for an oil change day before. Went to pick up..had to wait over 1.5 hrs..because "kid" did not notify..no oil filters left..
Unfortunately 2 of the 4 tires I had installed had slow leaks from faulty valve stems. I had to return two separate times to have them fixed, taking hours of my time. I don't think the installer checked the tires for any leaks as the last thing after they were put on the rims. By the way I'm probably the installers only customer who had him repair two slow leaks within days on a new install - so de-identify me if you raise this issue.
