The price was a $300+ discount from any other quote and the service was prompt and excellent. They even called me to confirm the appointment date.

I was charged 386.96 to install 4 tires. A-Plus Automotive in North Vancouver. I have never paid more than 168.00 Tax Included. When I received the invoice, I told the gentleman that is excessive. He muttered something along the lines of that's what it is to install 20" tires. I called a couple of days later and spoke with the owner and was credited back 134.00. That's still too much however I will never allow that to happen again. Your website mentioned at the time of placing the order the installation charge was appx 200.00. This was a classic case of someone being taken advantage of with very few options available. In the future I will have tires shipped directly to myself or to my installer and not to some not so reputable third party

just got them installed

Installer was not equipped to install truck tires. It's either that or it's the wheels that are defective and can't balance. I emailed blackcircles about this... no response.

Shop was ready and prepped for our appointment. I was a little hesitant booking everything online but it worked out well. Shop did a great job, on time and even was able to complete an u planned wheel alignment that the dealer could not do.

A-Plus Tires were very professional and courteous and kept me informed as to when the tires would arrive. They were friendly and I'd definitely recommend them, in fact I already have.

they said they need at least 2 !/2 hours to change the tires over, which I think is alredy very long. I was waiting for the job to get done. It took them almost 4 hours in the end.

I can’t say enough how impressed I was with the shop. Being a landlord of a garage, black circles found a very reputable professional installer. Down to Earth and reasonably priced.

I had a specific time booked, and expected the installation to be done while I waited, but after arriving I was told there was a four hour window, so had to Uber home. If that was going to be the case, advance notice would be appreciated.

Accommodating and professional

Remove old tires and replace with new ones. Balancing and alignment.

Karesh at A Plus Automotive did a fantastic job. Very thorough and picked up on some other issues with my car. I had him do a complete service rather than my dealer. I highly recommend this shop.

All was good, however it was only onsite when they told me they don’t provide any storage for tires. On your website you’re saying both installation and storage are extras payed at the service, but I guess I missed the warning that it may not always be available. If that info is indeed missing I believe you can greatly improve user experience by labelling extra services availability :) Overall I’m very satisfied with everything, especially prices! Appreciate your hard work guys! I mean blackcircles team and the service, def coming back again!

They clearly had no idea what they were doing when removing the tires. I got a phone call that they were almost ready but when I arrived, the tech apparently had no idea that the tire sensors 'fell out' during replacement. I waited, came back, only to be told that now 2 sensors fell out. I had to pay for extra labour and extra parts that honestly, wouldn't have happened if I went to my own dealership. Seemed like a rigged operation to drain more money.

Just one only damage my rim I know that, but the intaller they add the scratch the rim that’s it

The installer was very courteous but when the tires were installed the wheel(s) weren’t balanced. The vehicle was returned and the problem corrected. They said that The wheels had been balanced but a front hub had been damaged so they had moved that wheel to the back. There had been no balance issue when the car was first given to them.

It took more than 4 hours that they changed the front tires for us. It was supposed the installer service scheduled time perfectly. Thanks
