The installer was good and got my tires installed in a timely manner. As a small town, local garage they seemed a bit frustrated that Black Circle keeps sending them tires immediately after they are ordered by the customer. This forces them to store the tires for free sometimes over a week until the appointment. They mentioned that this is an issue with Black Circle, and they have asked multiple times for them to hold off on shipping tires until closer to the appointment but it still keeps happening. response from blackcircles: we have taken measure to prevent this from happening again
