I found the shop hard to find but once there they did the deed and I was happy with their service

Once I found him - had to come from the south going north to see the shop name on billboard as he is tucked away in the corner of this plaza - can't see it from the north going south. The service was great. Nice folks and excellent communication

Installer was very professional and an overall good guy.

Very easy to deal with; very respectful.

I signed up to have my tires installed at a local installer which was on your website. I got a call saying that the shop could not perform the install for some reason, so I switched to have the tires sent to my home. No biggie. I then received a call from the shop, telling me that they received a confirmation that the appointment was set up, but they had already contacted blackcircles to let you know they couldn't do the job. I explained to the shop owner/worker that I had already worked out to have them delivered to my home instead. After a week, they had not arrived. Then I received a reminder email to attend the shop, I contacted Blackcircles back, and after a day of investigation, was told they hadn't left the warehouse yet and that the email to attend the shop was sent in error. I did finally receive the tires a day or two later. And while the misdirection wasn't a huge deal, it was still frustrating and quite a poor 1st experience. I will say, however, that your customer service staff were at least friendly and reasonably responsive.

Very reasonable anybody can afford to get their tires done by these people

Good Service on time fast install

Installer was friendly, knowledgeable and service was prompt. However, there are a couple of issues I was not too happy about. 1) Tires that came off the car were not labelled/marked so I have no idea which corner they came off of. 2) Installer did not have any tire storage bags. While I understand that the installer is not a dedicated tire store, as an approved installer for Blackcircles, I was disappointed when no bags were provided. 3) Minor gripe, but I wished they would have cleaned the sidewalls with tire cleaner after installation just like how dedicated tire places would do.

Slow service. Vehicle was brought in 1hr late from time of appoinment
