Very nice guy,he is very helpful
On time, friendly and professional.
Black Circles did not come through with the wheels we ordered. We ended up ordering wheels from another supplier and sticking with the tires from BC. The wheels ended up being 1 day late. The installer worked around our interrupted schedule as best he could.
Rapid, effective service, kind demeanour, comfortable waiting room, good coffee.
The garage that installed the tires was great and very accommodating because of the situation.

Minit-Tune and Brake (Crowfoot Calgary)... Great customer service at the day of install. The gentleman at front desk was accomodating especially knowing the team was short staffed that day. Keep up the good work!
The installer over torqued the lugnuts well beyond factory specification,and improperly inflated the tires as well.

the garage was expensive
Service was good, but my lower level of overall satisfaction is based upon two main things: First, your system had no way of tracking the delivery of tires to the installer. Because of this, I was unable to determine if I could arrange a sooner appointment for the install due to the uncertainty of delivery day. Also when I called BlackCircles to inquire, you representative was a bit rude on the phone when I was trying to ask about the tire delivery. The second issue is that you did not provide me the price of the install, which I understand is set by the installer themselves. However, as this price was significant, it reduced the "savings" I thought I had achieved by purchasing my tires through BlackCircles. After the steep install price, I think I would have been better off just going to KalTire. Overall I am not very impressed with my experience, would rate it a 6/10.
