They didn't install and almost didn't give me tire either. I went to CAM CLARK FORDS this morning at 9 am. I drove for 2 hours from my home. They said they didn't have an appointment booked for me and that there is nothing they can do. Also I heard mechanic talking to reception saying "They should install it themselves" very rudely. I gave up and just left. I felt very disrespected by them and such a waste of my time and energy. Then the manager came out said "I don't know which tire they are" with attitude. CAM CLARK FORD isn't professional at all and honestly I felt a bit of racism as I am Japanese and they would even take the time to listen and try to understand. (My English is good but not perfect). CAM CLARK FORD doesn't like to work with you they seemed to be very annoyed with you and this whole deal.I just want to give you a heads up about who you are working with, they didn't have very nice words to say about your company, Black circle. I can't even believe this even happen.
