Tire balancing and mounting were fine. They broke a plastic centre hub cover, but were not willing to replace the full cost of it.

Fast and best service

Went as expected. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day. They placed my old tires in the vehicle as requested. The waiting area was nice and clean. The staff were friendly.

Very knowledgeable

Broke my wheel centre cap claiming it is cheaply made even though I drive an AMG. However, installer discounted the price of the centre cap and I ordered it. Balance was off after I drove off I came back and installer suggested to leave one of my rims overnight because “it is bent” as per his words. I asked him to check balance on the front wheels and found one off. Drove away and everything was fine. So all in all not very knowledgeable nor skillful.

I already had dealt with this shop before having my tires mounted there through blackcircles, so I knew they were a great shop already.

My appointment was on time at the tire shop I chose, nice waiting room, friendly staff, good service. I will personally check the wheel lug nut torque specs as the one I've checked thus far was over torqued according to the specs for my rims. Great service and price, 5 stars!!

Vehicle came into shop freshly coated with a ceramic coating and was clean. Shop scratched vehicle in multiple places, denied all wrongdoing despite before and after photos. Owner accused customer of lying without investigation.
