I was initially satisfied with the installation service I received when I purchased and installed four new tires in October 2025. Unfortunately, my experience with your post-installation and warranty service has been extremely disappointing. Two of the tires developed issues while still under warranty, and I submitted a warranty claim accordingly. The claim was assigned to Patrick Arcaro, who advised me that only one of the two tires qualified for a refund. Although I disagreed with the decision, I instructed him to proceed with processing the refund for the one approved tire. Since then, I have received no updates despite multiple emails and phone calls. My attempts to obtain information on the status of the refund have been completely ignored. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious disregard for customer service. At this point, I am left questioning the integrity of your company. It is extremely frustrating to have a legitimate warranty claim acknowledged, agree to the proposed resolution, and then be met with complete silence. Customers should not have to chase a company repeatedly to receive a response regarding an approved refund. I am requesting an immediate update on the status of my refund and a prompt resolution to this matter. Failing that, I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns through the appropriate consumer protection and review channels.
