I was disappointed with the level of customer service throughout my experience. The TPMS sensors installed would not pair with my vehicle, and despite multiple visits and follow-ups, there was no clear resolution or ownership of the issue. I felt I had to continually chase updates and ultimately seek help elsewhere. I would have expected better communication, accountability, and a more proactive approach to resolving the problem.
When only 3 tires showed up from 4 he was willing to try and find alternatives to get on the road. Then stored the tires until #4 arrived.
