The service was good, but slow. Despite having an appointment time, it was more than four hours before my car was ready.

They called and asked me if I wanted it done earlier because the tires came in early!

Installer was both better than I expected and a larger operation
was efficient and courteous
blackcicle employee was helpful when I had issue to submit online order. the employee also followed up the order and arrange/switch installer promptly. The installer called to update that the tires arrived and rescheduled installation due to Xmas/New year holidays, I actually had tires installed before the original scheduled date!
They were ready for the appointment and got to work on installing the tires. They were finished on time and look great.
Install of tires was good. Happy with that. My big issue is I noted how many KM driven at drop off. When I turned on the car, I noticed that they had taken it for quite a drive. 8KM. Not happy at all as I don’t think you need to take it more than a KM to test them. They clearly took my car for a joyride. My fuel mileage was also up from what I had noted. Will not recommend them and will be writing a review.

Good service. Had extra precautions in place due to Covid-19 issues and were handled well. The name on the building did not match the name on the Blackcircles website and order so that did cause come confusion.
