The installer was really nice, but the place is a mess, and I was told (and paid for) the tires were balanced, but it turns out there machine wasn't able to do it so they just lied. So I had to pay another $100 at a proper tire shop to finish the job.

The appointment took 4 hours to install tires despite arriving on time for the scheduled appointment. The service was otherwise good, aside from the length of time required.

More expensive than I thought. Installation took way longer than they said it would. They broke one of my original Hyundai wheel locks and said they would replace it but have not called me back since then. The office was very cluttered and a cat was roaming around and touching every surface of the office. Good thing I took allergy meds that day. There is no waiting area. While they were kind enough to offer their staff room as I waited, it was very dirty and unkempt. The cat was also roaming in that area.

I bought tires coupled times the installation fee was $45/2tires. This time the Blackcircles staff called me to change the installation garage. Then they changed me $100/2tires. I ask the staff in email why before installing, they don’t answer at all

Had a 10am appointment and the job was not completed until 1:45pm. Car was not looked at until 12pm. Issue was over booked. Wanted to give a review to the installer however found no way to do so because the company does not exists on Google. Which also had difficulties locating the place. Very sketchy and wonder what kind of business black circle is running when I can't even give a rating to the installer. Definitely not the 5 star rating that black cicle says they are, because of this, not worth buying tires from black circle. Would rather spend the extra money for a proper installer and to be done in a timely manner.

My wheel were scratched during the installation, and they were dirty and full of installation paste. I contacted the installation company on Dec 24th, but havent heard back from them till now.

The installer was friendly, efficient, and even gave me a discount on the added service (wheel balancing) that I requested for being a first time customer. The place itself was very busy even for a 9 am appt and even though I couldn't wait there as it was cramped (not a dealer service center), I was very pleased with the service that I received. I would consider scheduling other maintence with them in the future.

Car Boy Auto Repair in Richmond BC installed the tires and they did a fantastic job! They were very friendly, prompt and did an all-around excellent job!
