After the installation, I was at home and re-checked my tire pressure and noticed they did not replace the 23 year old valve stems. I had to make another appointment and it toot 2.5 hours out of my day.
Appointment was on time and install in a timely fashion.
Appt was schedule for 2 pm. Tires install was completed at 6 pm. I was expecting max 2 hrs to install.
The installation was fine. The person I spoke with on the phone tried convince me that I should buy to though I did not need them.
Tires were installed. It would have been nice if they would clean the tires after installation. I scrubbed them with soap and water and a tire brush at home, then dresses the tires.

Over all was good but took some time
Quick fitting and great communication from them regarding the process
Mentioned to installer to be careful not to scratch my satin black painted rims. He said they can't guarantee not to scratch them as mistakes happen because there 22 inch in size. I agreed that mistakes do happen and if it happens what will they do about it. Depends how bad there damaged. Not the answer I want to hear. Took them to my own installer. Everything is perfect.
