I booked the appointment one months in advance. I didn’t hear anything from them until I call day prior to confirm my appointment. They said “yes, drop the vehicle in the morning”. Few minutes later they call me back to say, one of their technician got hurt, and have to move my appointment a week from next day… I was really mad because I was leaving for a road trip… I ended up picking up the tires, paying from “handle and storage” and I took my tires somewhere else. As a business owner, I can tell you there is a different ways to address this situation… even though I don’t blame black circles for this … but Beverly auto tire will never see me again
Reception was friendly and responsive, scheduling appointment was a breeze. I dropped off my car at 8:00 and picked up at 12:00 without any issues. Cost around $300 for installation and alignment.
Selected installer no longer wanted to install tires. Black circles rep called to make alternate arrangements so that was good. Rep was good too. I decided to not use alternate installer due to location.
