Quick service and friendly. By the next day I’m in a road trip and the light comes on saying my tire pressure sensors failed. The next day my tire was flat. I had to go to an out of town place and they said the tire stem was faulty. Got that fixed. Then went to the original installer when I got home to have them reprogram my sensors but they said they didn’t have the tool to program my 2024 Lexus. So it would be nice if you would recommend installlers that can complete the proper installation. My sensors still aren’t working. I will likely have to go to the dealership and pay $125 to have them programmed.
It was ok.
Installed wrong tires without checking the order. I went home and then realized all four tires were wrong ones, not the Altimax Arctic. I had to take the car back and get the right ones installed. Wasted 3 hours.
I purchased tires for 2 different cars and had them installed at 2 different garages (just for convenience). One garage looked at my brakes and let me know they needed to be changed, free of charge (or at least included in the tire rotation fee). The other garage wanted to charge me more money even though the tires were already off. Otherwise, both installers were great!
The waiting area was colder than outside, we are in fall and temperature is very low.
