Installer was quick and friendly. No issues.
It was good! I only had a hiccup with the scheduling. I would have preferred the option to select a precise time. I received a 1pm appointment in one email and then received (from what I understood) a general afternoon appointment in another. That day I had happen to finish work at 1:00pm. I got there and learned the appointment was at 1:00pm as the initial email stated. They were kind enough to still help me but for the price of waiting (took 1 hour) but I understood that they had to squeeze me in.
