I ordered the tires and selected deliver to a garage and select one in my city, I arrived to that garage and they were very rude to me after waiting an hour they told me the tires were sent to their other address in another town, I called your office the agent told me they were going to send the tires to my address and what happened is he canceled my order and start another one, waiting days for the tires until I called again in fortunately your agent in customer service Melanie Nastilii took the call seriously and make sure that I will receive the tires at my address and the tires finally arrived after two weeks of my first order.
