I arrived 30 mins early and they took my car right away. Changed the tires no problem- smooth and convenient process. Tires were where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there. Rec'd communication along the way and a confirmation of my appt. Love the convenience of blackcircles.ca. It's the second time I've used their website/services. Love it.
