My mechanic noted during an inspection for balancing issues, that two out of four tires are out of round Michelin X-Ice North Studded tires 255/50R20. Installation was done by Rocktown Automotive, Long Lake, Sudbury. I used them through your website to receive and install the winter tires on November 10, 2025. The communication about collecting the car was way off. I was asked to come back in an hour and was told to wait for two more hours which was very inconvenient and frustrating considering other commitments following the car tire change appointment. The time and amount charged was more than the garage in Barrie (I used it for summer tires) associated with your company.
Customer service was great, but they started working on my car 1.5h after the time booked. In total, it took 3.5h to change four tires
Made an appointment, tires were already there, brought my wheels with old tires on them. The installer installed a set of new tires and balanced the wheels. They balanced them better than any shop I dealt with before! Highly recommend service!
They were very courteous and my car was the first ti go into the shop and was done earlier then I requested. Great service.
They did a good job but the price was higher than you quoted. They charged $140 to install and balance the 4 tires plus they charged an extra $40 to remove the old tires!!? Could of saved money by getting it done somewhere else.
