Excellent and friendly service

I chose the "preferred" installer that came up on Blackcircles during the check process. My pick: Eurolize Auto Boutique They didn't disappoint. It's clear they value high service quality as they took the time to have the tires stacked and ready to inspect as soon as I walked through the door. Communication was clear and concise and accurate through every step of the process. The front desk representative (Vanjay) took the time to visually verify in person which tire will go on which rim based on my particular set of circumstances (I had brought a separate set of tires/rims to have these mounted to.) Vanjay went ahead and added to the work order the details of the model/size of the new tires to help facilitate and streamline the rebate process for when I'll have to submit the paper work online to claim my rebate offering. Also included in the work order was the assurance that the rims/tires were mounted with the required torque spec and of course they accurately filled the tires up to spec based on the psi rating listed on the vehicles side panel. What I valued most was their clear communication style, highly proactive and leaving very little room for any questions or doubts. It's clear they set a standard for high level customer service standards and with a detailed approach. Great company culture and a decently clean waiting room compared to many others.

It was fast and reliable.

The installer garage, when they put on tire, then they put on the hub cap, break off a piece from the cap. I asked them the broken piece, they told me can not find it. They should be give it back to the owner. The installer should be very careful take care of every detail of the owner property. I am very disappointed.

Did not mention, needs hub central rings when ordering. Has to buy after myself. Rims selling like"direct fit". It is not.
