Installer did not receive TPMS sensor I had ordered,
The only reason I purchased tires from blackcircles was that to have the option to send it out to an installer with an appointment due to working very long days and not having a lot free time. After I purchased the tires my appointment information was sent to me as 'first come first serve' as far as I know that is the complete opposite of having an appointment. On top that I received a phone call a day before the 'booked' installation that they are too busy and would like to do it on my workday which I was unable to change
Juat a small issue. There was a bit of confusion. When I came to the installer for the appointment date, they were not aware and they could not find some items I had ordered. I had to come back in a different date for procceding with the installation. Other than that, the service was very good.
