Installer didn't know I was coming. It worked out in the end. They were friendly.
Mike was quick and efficient, in and out in less than 30 minutes
Florida Auto were on schedule and prompt.
Service was friendly and reasonably priced. I didn't receive a quote beforehand so it would have been nice to receive that just to alleviate any anxiety. I also wasn't offered the option for tire storage, which I could have benefitted from. That said, I could have asked so it's not really on them.

I asked the shop to check the rear right tire as this was the one losing air daily. He instead changed the front two tires which is fine because they needed changing. But he failed to notice 2 nails stuck in the tire I asked him to check. Had to take the car into another shop the following day to have the issue resolved.
