Took a full day for each vehicle.
Good service, no damage to wheels, gave good advice
Service itself was excellent, but BlackCircles gives a poor experience with selecting an install date, then pushing it back a week due to demand. Installer gives an 8:00 AM appointment, but there are a dozen people with this time! I was there early, thank goodness, but come on - Space the appointments out in at least 2 or 4 hour blocks.
Friendly, did the work well. Walking distance from my home, but they do offer rides if needed
Installer went above and beyond with an issue with snapped lug nuts. Gave me a break on extra labour involved with drilling the studs out to get the wheel off without damaging it. Great service and great prices on the tires from BlackCircles.
Essential Auto is the best in the business.
