Booking was done repeatedly, appts were made when I specifically stated I was unavailable and then after changing them I still got reminders of previous appts leading to confusion as to where my tires were going to be. Installer did not have capacity to install at the booked time, ended up calling a mobile tire change service to change in his parking lot. Process took hours instead of the 30mins I was quoted, and price of install was not included in tires as I was led to believe when purchasing them.
