Shipped directly to installer. Called them to have a wheel alignment done with installation and got an AI assistant. Left message. Called again before appointment to confirm tires had arrived and alignment was booked. Again, AI assisted message left. Upon appointment, no time had been allotted for alignment and they initially told me that only 2 of the 4 tires had arrived. Later called to inform me that wheel bolt had broken when removing wheels… no solution or remedy was provided. Just that I could drive it cautiously on the broken wheel bolt until I had it replaced.
