great communication and follow-up
Good service the first time I went to installed my tire. I had hope they would have told me that the tire that I have ordered is not the recommended tires by BMW for Canadian winter. Clearly the person that I spoke could not tell me. The 2nd time I went, it a totally different service as if they were trying to defend themselves instead of helping me understand the issues with the my brand new tires/mags that I bought for my car.
TPMS sensors did not sync with my car.
Mon enjeu est au niveau de blackcircles. J'ai appelé pour savoir si les boulons étaient requis ou si je pouvais payer moins cher, ils m'ont dit de payer pour en avoir, et finalement ils n'étaient pas requis car ceux sur mon auto fonctionnaient, et j'aurais pu payer moins...

Service at the installer was fantastic! The installer made a return customer out of me. They went out of their way to help solve the issue, even if it was out of their control. They were accommodating and followed up with me even if communications with Blackcircle personnel was lacking.

Installer busy and rushed oil change and brake service, nit great service.
They just put the tires on. They did not balance u was in and out in 10 min. I had questions but they did not answer
