MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW

Every person who buys a set of tires from blackcircles.ca can enter the prize draw for that month in a number of different ways - including subscribing to our newsletter, tweeting, sharing a post on Facebook about the contest. Each action taken will entitle you to extra entries into the prize draw.

For every customer who enters the prize draw, we will select one lucky person at random to win back the price of their tires (up to $750 excluding applicable taxes).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

Once you've completed your online order you will receive a confirmation email including your purchase receipt and a link to the participation form to the monthly draw.

To enter the monthly draw you will need to enter your email address and answer some qualification questions including your order number.

After you will have completed your new tires order, enter the prize draw

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Competition is starting the first day and finish last day of each month

Entries are made when a customer completes one or more valid actions.
To qualify for entry into the competition claimants must have made a purchase of tires on blackcircles.ca
To be eligible to be entered into the prize draw, at least one competition entry and a mathematical hability question must be completed at the end of your order.
To obtain an entry into the competition a customer has multiple different ways - including subscribe to our newsletter, tweet a message about the contest, share a post via Facebook or Twitter (see below).
When a customer shares the competition post on Facebook – they win an extra entry for each of their friends that supports them by entering the competition from the link in their Facebook post. Competition entries are not given to the customer for simply sharing the post on Facebook in accordance with Facebook rules.
Friends of customers sharing the competition via Facebook are doing so in support of the purchasers’ competition entries only. Friends will not receive a prize.
If a customer cancels their tire order then any entries will be invalid.
Winners will be drawn monthly, in the week following the end of the month.
Participants must be Canadian residents over the age of 18 years.
Offer not open to employees of blackcircles.ca.
The prize is defined as the cost of your order up to a value of $750 excluding applicable taxes.
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the specified month, and shall be notified by email or telephone. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, a new prize draw will take place.
No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged electronically or online during the competition entry period. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Blackcircles.ca reserves its right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
Blackcircles.ca reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion at any time and without prior notice.
Blackcircles.ca reserves the right to disqualify any entrant[s] it believes not to be playing within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects.
Entries are only eligible in the month of your order.
A customer’s entry is only valid during the month of their tire purchase.
Videos uploaded as part of a customer's competition entry may be used in marketing materials.
