How can I modify my order?
If, for any reason, you wish to modify your order, we can help you. If you received the tires or they are in transit (they left the warehouse), some return and handling fees may apply.
Please note that we can only accept returns if the tires have not been installed on the vehicle or driven on – the tires are no longer suitable for resale once they are installed or driven on. For more details, please contact our team.
How can I change my appointment at the garage?
If you wish to change the date or the time of your appointment, please contact us at email@example.com and we will liaise with the garage to try and accommodate your new requirements.
If the tires have already been dispatched to the garage for installation, we may be unable to accommodate a change of garage without charging additional fees for the initial delivery. As shown online, we always offer the earliest installation date, this is why we are often not able to move appointments at earlier dates - unless the tires have been confirmed as already delivered to the garage.
How can I change the delivery address on my mail order?
If you wish to change the delivery address on your mail order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the new address.
We will attempt to accommodate all requests, but in some cases - depending on when we are notified of the required changes - deliveries may encounter a delay.
