IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our operations are maintained and delivery times (3-5 business days) are not affected.

Due to the evolution of the COVID-19 and the directives of our governments imposing the reduction of business activities until April 13, we are monitoring closely the situation. We will keep you informed of any changes.

As for purchses with installation, our team will keep you informed of delays and changes and will do all we can to take care of meeting your expectations and needs.

CURRENT MEASURES IN PLACE

The health and safety of our team members and our customers is our number one priority. With the outbreak of COVID-19 (novel Coronavirus), we have taken the following precautionary steps to help reduce the risk of spreading this virus: 

  • Blackcircles.ca is enforcing a strict work-from-home policy for the next 4 weeks for all its team members 
  • We are also promoting everyday preventative behaviours with our teams 
  • We are collaborating with our Tire Distributors and Installer Partners to ensure open communications and maintain the operations
All our operations are maintained and we have taken the necessary precautions to remain fully operational. Should the situation evolve or change, blackcircles.ca will communicate with all customers.
 
Blackcircles.ca has also worked on contingency plans in order to maintain the highest level of service for our customers.
