How to buy tires with blackcircles.ca?
Order process
STEP 1: When purchasing tires from blackcircles.ca, you need to know your tire size. If you have this information you can enter it directly into our tire search tool. If you don't have the information, you can search for the size installed on your vehicle using our vehicle search tool.
Option 1: The image below shows how to locate the size information on the sidewall of your tire.

If you know the size of your tire, please enter it into the search tool as indicated below:
Option 2: If you do not know your tire size, you can use our vehicle search tool to find the tire size that was originaly installed on your vehicle.*You will need to enter the following information:
1. Car Brand (make)
2. Car Model
3. Specification
4. Year
*Our tire and vehicle database will show what tires were originally installed on your vehicle. However, we do recommend that you check the tire size currently installed on your vehicle.
STEP 2: Once you have entered your tire size, click “Search” to see our search results for available tires on blackcircles.ca. Once you have selected your tire(s) size and adjusted the quantity needed, click "Buy" and you will get the options to buy more tires and/or to select a garage for installation.

STEP 3: As demonstrated below, you can search for a garage by entering the location where you would like to have your tires installed. You will be presented with a list of garages to choose from and you will be asked to select a date and a time of the day for your appointment.

The garages we carefully selected are located throughout Canada and they offer quick and convenient installation, suitable to your needs and availabilities. We ship tires to the selected garage and we take care of all the arrangements. All you need to do is to get to your appointment and have your tires installed. You will pay at the garage directly for the services required.
Installation
Where is the nearest garage?
1. Click on “Installer Search” in the menu
2. Enter your area or postal code
3. Set the convenient distance from your place to the garage(s)
4. Click on “Update”
Our garage search result page will show you the list of garages in order of distance from the location you provided:
If you have already selected your tires, you will also be able to see the earliest installation date available for each garage.
STEP 4: As illustrated in below, you can review your order summary e.g. the selected tires, the quantity, the prices, the garage and the appoointment date.
STEP 5: Entering your personal and vehicle information
Once you entered your information, click on “Payment”
STEP 6: At this point, you can make a payment through the secure Payvision system. Our payment page will accept the following debit or credit cards : VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or PAYPAL
STEP 7: Your order is completed!
