already mounted.

A pre-mounted kit is a set of tires mounted and balanced on wheels in our warehouse before shipping. You receive complete wheel assemblies, ready to install on your vehicle.

The service costs $20 per tire, including mounting and balancing. For a set of 4 tires, the total is $80.

Pre-mounted kits require additional preparation time because the tires must be mounted and balanced on the wheels before shipping.

Generally, allow 7–10 business days for preparation and delivery of your order. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier and periods of high demand.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

Yes. Since the tires are already mounted and balanced, you only need to install the wheels on your vehicle and tighten the lug nuts to the manufacturer’s recommended torque. If you’re not comfortable doing this, have a garage install them: the job is quick because no tire mounting or balancing is required.

Pre-mounted kits are prepared and assembled specifically for your order. They are therefore final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, an ordering error or any other reason attributable to the customer.

This restriction does not apply when the error is attributable to Blackcircles.ca, for example if the product received does not match the order, or when a product is defective or a situation is covered by an applicable warranty. In these cases, contact our customer service team so we can assess your request and offer an appropriate solution.

Cancellation options are very limited because preparation and assembly proceed quickly. A request can only be submitted if the kit has not yet been assembled and the order is not too far along in preparation. We cannot guarantee that the request will be accepted, even if it is made shortly after placing the order.

When cancellation is still possible, administration and handling fees starting at $25 per item, before taxes, may be charged. Each tire and each wheel counts as a separate item: for a set of 4 kits (4 tires and 4 wheels), the fees total $200, before taxes. These fees may be higher if the order is at an advanced stage of preparation.

Once the kit has been assembled in the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible, even if the order has not yet been shipped or delivered.

To submit a request, complete the cancellation form as soon as possible. Every request is subject to verification of the order’s status when the request is received.

Not necessarily. An order may already be in preparation, assembled or have left our facilities or those of a partner before a tracking number becomes available or is sent to you.

Yes. The tires and wheels in a pre-mounted kit remain covered by the applicable warranties, just as they would if purchased separately. Having them mounted and balanced before shipping does not change these conditions.

When the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, Blackcircles.ca acts as an intermediary. We guide you through the claims process and forward the required information and documents to the manufacturer. All claims remain subject to the relevant manufacturer’s terms, conditions, exclusions and decision.

Yes. Road Hazard Protection continues to apply to tires included in a pre-mounted kit, just as it does for a regular order, in accordance with the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the Blackcircles.ca program.

Contact us immediately and include photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging: if the damage occurred during shipping, a claim will be opened with the carrier. Full terms are provided in our return and refund policy.
