Can I cancel my pre-mounted kit order?

Cancellation options are very limited because preparation and assembly proceed quickly. A request can only be submitted if the kit has not yet been assembled and the order is not too far along in preparation. We cannot guarantee that the request will be accepted, even if it is made shortly after placing the order. When cancellation is still possible, administration and handling fees starting at $25 per item, before taxes, may be charged. Each tire and each wheel counts as a separate item: for a set of 4 kits (4 tires and 4 wheels), the fees total $200, before taxes. These fees may be higher if the order is at an advanced stage of preparation. Once the kit has been assembled in the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible, even if the order has not yet been shipped or delivered. To submit a request, complete the cancellation form as soon as possible. Every request is subject to verification of the order’s status when the request is received.
