Can I return or exchange a pre-mounted kit?

Pre-mounted kits are prepared and assembled specifically for your order. They are therefore final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, an ordering error or any other reason attributable to the customer. This restriction does not apply when the error is attributable to Blackcircles.ca, for example if the product received does not match the order, or when a product is defective or a situation is covered by an applicable warranty. In these cases, contact our customer service team so we can assess your request and offer an appropriate solution.
