Tires fitted at Fish Creek Nissan

The installer committed to having the installation done in 4 hours. By the time 4 hours came, they had only taken a tire off and broken the wheel lock key. I ended up having to have them installed elsewhere.

My appointment was not in their system and Installation took longer than expected

Bad service, several trips back to get TPS set and they are still not working...

It was very near my house which was excellent. Probably a km or so. I was there for about 3 hours or so as the tires had to be mounted on rims before they could be mounted on my car. There was no issue with payment etc.

They were busy. Service was rescheduled

Tires were missing for weeks

It started late and went way longer than predicted and expected.

Their installation machine was down, nobody told me, I was waiting like 2 hours to get a job done when I had an appt for 8am, I left at 10:30am, I did not know the reason, the check tire pressure light came on after I left the parking lot, they forgot the keys from somebody else in my car.

Tires had not arrived on the original date of installation. Neither the Installer nor Blackcircles notified me in advance. I was at the dealership for approximately 40 minutes before they realized they did not have the tires. I contacted Blackcircles and left a message. I called again later the same day, and explained the problem to Rob. He promised to find out what happened. I did not hear again from Rob. I recontacted Blackcircles two days later, and left another message. Finally, got a return call from them, from a fellow who did not seem to think there was much of a problem. While he apologized, he was not very willing to recontact the Installer to get a new date. He recommended that I do that. There was no mention of compensation for the delay and communication issues. I learned the tires were delivered late on the original install date. Neither the Installer or Blackcircles contacted me to promptly fix this problem. After I made a new appointment, subsequent installation went fine. This whole process was a bit of a mess, with no one taking responsibility for the delay.

I had made an appointment with the installer, they kept the start time but took all day to complete the install. I had places to be and the appointment time was made purposely weeks in advance.

Fish Creek Nissan was outstanding. Very professional from check in, getting a shuttle home and then pick up again when the install was complete.

I had an appointment for the Saturday before Thanksgiving. I received two emails from you confirming that the appointment was confirmed. But when I arrived at the service center, I found no one there, it was a day off. I called your office and asked to resolve the issue of rescheduling the application for wheel installation for the following week. And no one did it. The service center told me that there was a window for mid-November, which is kind of late for winter tires in Canada. No suggestions for solving this rather non-customer-oriented issue came from you. Therefore, I will transfer this review to Google Maps.

I got there before scheduled time. They took longer than expected time to install the tires. Overall, a good experience.

The service advisor mentioned the install and alignment would take about an hour. My 2.5 year old daughter and I patiently waited for 3 (almost 3.5) full hours. On top of this Fish Creek Nissan was undergoing significant demolition in part of their building with only a small clear plastic barrier between the demo and service waiting area. I would not return to this location ever again based on my experience.

Reasonable price, shuttle service back home and pick up when car was ready, finished same day car was dropped off

I was out of town, my daughter took my car over, she told me everything went well, although the appointment was just a time to arrive the car was there for hours

Apparently, there was a miscommunication on the appointment booking. I had ordered tires and wheels. When my appointment occurred they took my current tires off of my current wheels and put my new tires on my old wheels. Then they gave me my old tires but kept my new wheels. They were unaware that the wheels I ordered were related to the tires. After explaining the issue, they re-did the mounting & balancing at no charge. However, there was evidently a disconnect in the appointment booking process.

The 1st appointment was cancelled by but when I phoned, it appeared at first nobody knows. In their good faith, I was rescheduled the next week. All went well.

The Installer was unable to perform a wheel alignment on a truck which was not stipulated when the installation was booked.They did not call and advise me that was the case but told me when I picked up the truck. this resulted in going to another dealership to get the work done.

Have no complaints at all. Everything went smooth and done in a timely fashion.

Good, flexible hours. Courteous, efficient and no nonsense.
