I'd opted for Midas at 3408 99 St NW, Edmonton. The service at their place was good and professional, but I felt that 'connect with the customer' was not there. I'm not sure if that is how it works in their industry here in Canada. I'm willing to give them another chance to see it that is how they work.
First they had the tires delivered to them but didn't know who's tires they were, when I got for my appointment time I waited almost 3 hours for them to even get my car up on a ramp and then they started changing the tires, they thought they were just doing a tire swap. They didn't know I had new tires there, They were asking me questions in regards to the spacers on the tires when I said I had ordered new tires and those are suppose to be put on my rims. Then they were like which tires and I told them the brand and then they were like oh they are yours. They said they don't know the customer and tires when you send them an email to take the appointment. Then they took 2 hours and still hadn't gotten my tires on the rims, they do it manually at this shop. Finally a shop employee gave us a left home. They said they would deliver the vehicle home. They dropped the vehicle at home. It was missing the inside cover of the rim, all my tire air caps were missing. So it took me almost 5 days for them to fix that as they said they didn't have time to look at my car. I have tire sensors, they didn't reset or program my tire sensors, now I have to go to lexus to get that fixed. I will never go to that installer ever again.
