Excellent service. Fast and done correctly.
tire install rates vary alot in Vancouver. I was quoted $42/tire by another shop that I didn't end up using. The installer I used wasn't clear on whether the $6.50 recycling fee was collected on site or in my payment to blackcircles.ca, overall good.
They helped me right away, acted on time and installed the tires perfectly.
Installer was able to schedule me in at the desired juncture and completed in about 90 minutes as promised.
He was a little busy when I got there but still was able to get out in just over an hour.
I was informed by Blackcircles that I had a 9:30 appointment, so I scheduled my work schedule around it, and waited outside a closed garage until 10 am when the surprised owner showed up and informed me that his schedule showed my appt at 10 am. I called Blackcircles, left a message, and no one every returned my call. My appt ended at 11:30. My rims were covered in grease marks and my entire morning was shot.
