Luckilly i called ahead for my wife's tire installation appointmen. The installer couldnt find her booking at first, but once found everything went smoothly.

Used Auto Check in Nanaimo BC. Personnel were professional and friendly, their shop was clean and while they make a note of a minor mechanical item on my car they did not try to upsell me. I will use them again when I buy my next set of tires from Black Circles.

Took about 1 hour turnaround, I had the wheels off the car, precleaned and old weights removed, so minimum work required on their part.
Shop was very clean and all staff friendly and helpful. Instalation was done well (nicely balanced) and quickly. Everything that Blackcircle said was included in the instation was performed. Very happy with the service this shop provided.
