Tires fitted at Bumper-Bumper Auto Service Westbank

The installer, Bumper to Bumper auto service in Westbank scheduled the install. My wife arrived and stood at the counter some time while 2 employees discussed buying land. The tires were installed on our vehicle and we have driven it 7500km since then. Today we went to another local tire shop we have used in the past. They told us that whoever installed the wheel lugs over-torqued them to 150lbs each. They are supposed to be 75lbs of torque. They also had difficultly removing the locking lug nut because the last installer damaged the custom locking lug socket. the pattern was sheered off...most likely when over-torquing with an air wrench when the locking nut should be hand torqued as per spec. I ordered replacement locking lug nuts today. Hopefully our vehicle suffered no long term damage from the installer. Time will tell.

Made appointment, with tire purchase. Installer, was very efficient, happy for business. Removal, installation, balancing, took 45 minutes. Cost equivalent, to other, local installers. (4 tire's)

BIG O tires were awesome. I would have saved $115 buying directly from BIG O tires, plus I wouldn't have had to wait a week for delivery. BIG O did mention that Blackcircles follow up with them had gone downhill, BC wasn't doing as good of a job as Big O had experienced in the past.

Great folks completed a brake inspection prior to install no charge. I was very impressed i went back for an oil change They have earned my future business

Initially the misplaced the tire I had in the hatch (I was running on a temp spare) and they told me it was my problem the tire was missing. I had to go into their shop and point out my tire/rim leaning against a bench. Then they forgot to put my tire lock back into my car so I had to go back to their shop and retrieve it. Lastly they didn't balance my tires correctly and I had to go back and spend more time while they re-balanced them (at least they did not try to charge me for this).

I was expecting the tires to be balanced but did see any weights. Not too important on trailer tires I guess
