On the original day of install, there was a blizzard blowing through Winnipeg. The installer did not contact me to say the store is closed, the appointment is cancelled. Nothing. There was no communication at all. I do not believe they are unable to call me from home with access to a remote calendar program in this day and age of modern technology. I went to the store anyway not knowing they were closed and waited 30mins and nobody showed up. I then had to chase the installer down phoning repeatedly to rebook an install appointment. Very poor customer communication.

Nott auto corp in Winnipeg is incredible. Will go there for all my vehicle needs, way better service than the dealer I purchased new from.
The guys in the shop installed my new wheels in a timely manner and also wrapped and loaded tge old wheels in my car. Very satisfied!
Top-rate establishment.
There was an error in installing the valve stems but was rectified.
The only issue was that the installation was not $99.00 plus taxes.....slightly more but very reasonable.

The service seemed to take for ever, as though the appointment time was very flexible on their part. I sat waiting for a couple of hours. Aside from that all went well.
