Did not change valves and had a flat tire 2 days later and was stuck on one of the coldest nights of the year. Rear passenger tire valve was leaking however never leaked before the tire change. They did fix it by changing the valve but charged me $60 to do that.
Installer was prompt and professional.
since a had low profiel tires and they didn’t get any. I was told they can’t install

You guys just provided awful service
Initial appointment had to be changed, installer was very helpful with the rescheduling. Also has a tire storage plan, so I was able to leave my winter tires with him.
