I did not receive the service at all since blackcircles didn't relay the fact that the selected shop was not equiped to service my specific vehicle.
Installer was good. Friendly and prompt. Blackcircles needs to improve the communication. It wasn’t communicated that I needed to book the appointment. I was expecting the installer to call me, or something like that.
I had the winter tires removed from my vehicle and had the all season tires installed. They also helped remove rust and scale deposits on the hubs / rims.

Installed tires without checking manufactured date. Installed 1 tire with 2017 date. Should have contacted blackcircles.ca immediately before mounting the old tire to get a replacement, but left it as a responsibility for me to deal with blackcircles.ca directly. Luckily I had a good experience dealing with Robert Duhamel. He took care of me and provided excellent service.
