unfortunately the experience was disappointing. My car windows were left open during the installation, which caused dirt and debris to enter the vehicle. The old tires also weren’t bagged properly and as a result, the trunk and inside of my car became quite messy. In addition, the driver’s seat and steering wheel were covered in debris and dust which shouldn’t happen during a standard service. I’m sharing this feedback because I expected a higher level of care when handling my vehicle. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
