My rims are all scratched up. My lug nuts are all messed up. My lock nut is completely stripped not very impressed with speedy auto in Sudbury Ontario.
Great customer service
The Speedy in Sudbury provided poor service. He doesn't listen to his customers, For example, I bought all season tires in November and explained to him I brought the rims only as my car has winter tires on. When he was ready to start the work, he was confused why was only working with the rims...where's the car he says. I listened to his conversations with other customers ....he didn't care. He should also learn to tell time and work with the scheduled times.
My installation time went from 8AM, to 9AM to 11AM on Saturday the 22nd and then to 9AM Sunday the 23rd before I was contacted again to say that they could take my vehicle on the 22nd at 11AM because they were down one mechanic who was under the weather. I was beginning to wonder if the tires who ever get done! But as a whole, the service clerk was polite and the mechanics did a good job.
