Votre plateforme de confirmation de RDV ne fonctionne pas bien. J'avais un RDV et je n'ai pas recu de rappel... toutefois l'installateur me dit avoir recu une confirmation de votre part comme quoi nous avions confirmé le RDV C'est très étrange!!! De plus, l'installateur nous a mise en garde car ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive. Donc, nous sommes très decu car nous avons obtenu un RDV 2 semaines plus tard... a ce jour l'installation des pneus n'est pas faite.
