Since they weren’t given my contact info by black circles, they never called to let me know my tires had arrived despite the fact that black circles told me to wait for they called after you canceled my installation appointment because you never shipped my tires and only realized a day before they were to be installed. Also they gave me my tires without asking for proof I had bought them.
I called the installer the day before my appointment, I was told it would take an hour or two, which is fine. When I arrived the morning of my appointment I was told I had to leave my car for the whole day which was not possible. The employee was incredibly rude and curt with me. I ended up taking the tires I had bought and finding somewhere else to have them installed. The employee told me ‘good luck finding somewhere in Kingston to fit them same day’ and also asked how much I had paid for the tires through black circle. I will never use that garage again, the service was completely unprofessional and rude. I did manage to find a garage to fit my winter tires that same day, intact I was home 2 hours later.
The staff at Speedy Muffler is very friendly and knowledgeable and never try to talk me into any service I have not requested.
