I was told I had an appointment to get tires installed but the garage had no appointment on the day I chose and no tires. Luckily I called ahead. I called blackcircles. They said they set up a new app and would send confirmation. Didn’t get it. I called the night before the app again. They only had 2 out of 4 tires. Again no one called me at all to let me know anything. Again, I’m glad I called the garage or I would have showed up. I went into my app after they called that all 4 tires were there. Couldn’t get in for weeks after they arrived btw. The person told me to never order on line and do it through the garage to avoid install costs. Makes sense now but why would they tell me that when they are a garage you use. Weird. Seems like they’re stealing their own business back from you when they’ve agreed to be used through your company. Terrible experience. Never again
