Very polite and friendly mechanic. He completed the work with no issues and I would recommend.
The appointment was scheduled for 9:30am but the installer insisted that they would get to the vehicle when they have time. No consideration that their client was an elderly man, who could simply drop the car off and take a short walk while waiting for the tires to be installed, but without knowing when the vehicle would be serviced, had to walk home. Scheduling of the install could be improved. If a date and time is scheduled then the vehicle is serviced at the time scheduled, and not delayed.
Installer was on time and completed as directed. I did order other services through black circles but they did not come through in the order.. had to restate - oil change
