Skips TIRECRAFT was professional and accommodating to schedule my appointment The tires were installed mounted and balanced satisfaction. However during install one pinch weld on jacking point was slightly bent by lifting the vehicle. The plastic cover on the rocker panel was cracked. Customer service was responsive and bent the pinch weld back. Generally the experience was positive.
