Fees were higher than what was quoted on your site. The installer did not suggest that I return to have the tires re-torqued after 50 km. When I asked about coming back, they would not book an appointment and said it didn’t really matter whether they were retorqued or not.
I spoke to them about the TPMS and they did not have any idea about programming of the TPMS. I did not know either, but it worked out. Well, they did not recommend to torque the tires after 100 km. Still took it in for torqueing the tires
They told me a price of $140 and then when I got there $160. Then they broke off my TPMS Sensor and try to blame me for having a metal cap on it. These are suppose to be professionals and they could have used a adjustable wrench to hold the valve before trying to force the cap off and breaking the valve. He was a smart as installer who did t think they were sensors and he could just by a repair kit. But he found out soon there is no repair kit. I'm sure he learned a lesson not too rush in future but the problem is it's on my dollar and cost me $140 for a new sensor and have now install my self. Cause I don't trust that place. Never again go back back there. Love your process of purchasing the tires and have recommended Blsckcirlcle to lots of people already so thank you.
Fast and thorough
