All parties made mistakes. 1) I was late to the appointment. 2 )Installer didn't check the tires before unmounting the tires on my vehicle. 3) Black Circles shipped different size tires one of which didn't fit my vehicle. Result. I couldn't get the installation done that day. Lost time and money. Installer was very upset blamed me and BC for the problem most of which they could have avoided had they checked the tires ahead of time before dismounting my tires. But they did do good work so it's not all their fault.
